Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle for office and project teams. Drive HR strategy in alignment with business goals by supporting manpower planning, HR annual plans, and key people metrics reporting for leadership. Design, implement, and periodically update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and company standards. Act as primary point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and fostering a transparent, professional work culture. Partner with Operations and Project Managers to plan and track manpower deployment at sites, ensuring timely onboarding, documentation, and coordination. Support performance management, training, and engagement initiatives to improve retention, capability building, and overall employee experience.
