Ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents in adherence to government regulations and organizational policies.
Streamline onboarding processes by setting up new hires in HRMS systems and ensuring seamless integration into the organization. (Gretyhr)
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations, timely disbursement, and statutory compliance.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to maintain accurate payroll inputs and workforce planning.
Collaborate with business units to understand HR needs and align support with changing priorities.
Support internal and external HR audits by ensuring documentation compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
