Job Title: Telecaller & HR/Data Entry AssistantCompany: Harold Electricals Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days a week) Location: Mayapuri Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller & HR/Data Entry Assistant to join our team at Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate will handle telecalling activities while supporting HR and administrative operations, including data entry, inventory maintenance, and coordination of interviews. Key Responsibilities:📞 Telecalling & Communication Make outbound calls to potential clients, suppliers, or candidates. Explain company products and services in a clear and professional manner. Maintain call logs and follow up on leads or inquiries. 🗂 Data Entry & Documentation Enter and update daily business data, purchase details, and stock records. Maintain accurate records in Excel, Google Sheets, and internal systems. Prepare reports and ensure timely data updates for management. 👩‍💼 HR & Administrative Support Assist in shortlisting resumes and scheduling candidate interviews. Maintain employee attendance and leave records. Manage basic HR documentation and employee information. Coordinate with department heads for interview schedules and approvals. 📦 Inventory & Stock Management Keep track of inventory levels and update stock registers regularly. Coordinate with the purchase team for material requirements. Prepare and share daily or weekly inventory status reports. Requirements:Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for telecalling and HR coordination. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
