Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to oversee comprehensive recruitment processes while providing administrative support for payroll functions. This role requires strong recruitment expertise and the ability to operate effectively in a technology-focused financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely position closures
• Conduct HR interview rounds, manage offer negotiations, and coordinate onboarding procedures
• Execute campus recruitment initiatives and develop strategic university partnerships

Payroll Administration Support

• Prepare payroll processing inputs and conduct validation of employee data accuracy
• Coordinate with payroll and finance departments to ensure timely processing schedules
• Maintain comprehensive employee records and data integrity within HRMS platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or equivalent field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in recruitment and payroll support functions
• Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRMS/payroll management systems
• Demonstrated communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
