Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, service, and support roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and issue offer/appointment letters.
Handle onboarding formalities and ensure smooth induction of new employees.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Address employee queries and grievances to maintain a positive work culture.
Support welfare programs, rewards & recognition activities.

Payroll & Compliance

Manage attendance, leaves, and prepare inputs for monthly payroll.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
Maintain HRMS and employee records.

Performance & Training

Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers/vendors for skill development programs.

HR Operations & Reporting

Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
Support HR policies, SOPs, and ensure implementation across branches.
Coordinate with regional/state HR teams for manpower planning.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Mobile industry).
Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
