Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Download attendance data into the HRIS server daily

Generate attendance lists and get it validated from respective departments

Highlight variances to Time Office, Payroll and Contract Labour In Charge such as unauthorized absenteeism, late coming etc. to enable appropriate action against the concerned employee/ worker

Validate out-time data as per previous days overtime list to ensure accurate payment of overtime dues; Prepare overtime slips and submit to superior for validation and approvals

Prepare and update leave cards for employees and workers and ensure maintenance of leave data on HRIS

Coordinate with various HR Function owners, so as to incorporate Time Office data

¢Generate MIS reports w.r.t attendance, leave, overtime etc. and submit to Time Office, Payroll and Contract Labour In Charge for review

¢ Maintain salary details and update increments against employee details on the HRIS server as per details provided by HR team

¢ Update approved deductions on the HRIS server with regard to  payment towards canteen services and loan advance against salary, wage cut due to indiscipline/ unauthorized absence, and other miscellaneous entries such as issue/ loss of company material/ equipment

¢ Prepare salary slips for all employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations including PF, leave, attendance & overtime data, deductions, reimbursements if any etc. in a timely manner

¢ Generate and submit PF, ESIC related challans as per statutory requirements

¢ Coordinate with Accounts team for generation of cheques to be deposited in employees salary accounts

¢ Collate and prepare cost centre summary (regarding manpower cost) on a monthly basis and submit to Accounts team post validation from Time Office, Payroll and Contract labour In Charge

¢ Manage loans and advances for employees and workers, ensure appropriate approvals are obtained, ensure sanction is as per entitlement and maintain appropriate records

¢ Validate employee reimbursements to ensure they are in line with entitlements as per company policy and provide the details to the Accounts Team for processing

Maintain and update medical insurance related data; Complete all formalities for claims by employees including verification of amounts, medical documentation etc.
