This program aims to nurture young talent through hands-on exposure to HR and Marketing functions, helping build future-ready professionals with strong people and operational skills.
Role Overview
The role offers practical, structured learning within Human Resources and Marketing operations, creating a strong foundation for growth into roles such as HR Business Partner, Talent Specialist, Marketing Executive, Operations Partner, or Business Consultant.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, and HR operationsHR documentation, SOPs, dashboards, compliance, and reportingDigital marketing support including content, email campaigns, social media, and CRM managementCampaign tracking, analytics, and cross-functional operational support
Who Can Apply
Graduates from 2023 onwards (freshers welcome)0–1 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business OperationsStrong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitudeProficiency in MS Word, Excel (pivot tables), and PowerPoint
