Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat support with professionalism and empathy.
  • UPI/Payment issues (stuck or failed transactions).
  • Order concerns (non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong item).
  • Coupon/discount code application issues.
  • Document customer interactions and ensure accurate logging in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards in line with BPO requirements.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by using clear communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
