Job Description

About the Role Jiffit is looking for a hands-on HR professional who can manage hiring, people coordination, and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working closely with founders, and building teams from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end hiring (posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews) Coordinate with founders and team leads for manpower requirements Manage onboarding & documentation of new hires Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR data Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries Support daily operations and people coordination tasks Assist in building HR processes, policies, and culture Required Skills & Qualifications Basic understanding of HR & recruitment processes Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Organized, proactive, and people-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Startup mindset (flexible, fast-paced, solution-oriented) Preferred (Good to Have) Prior experience in HR / recruitment / coordination roles Experience hiring interns, field staff, or executives Understanding of startup or service-based businesses What You’ll Get Real startup exposure & learning Direct work with founders Opportunity to grow into a senior HR/People Ops role Fast career growth based on performance
