Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ● Proven experience (1+ years) in sales management, with a focus on CRM systems. ● Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent. ● Experience in managing CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations. ● Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams. ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
