Key Responsibilities ● Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. ● Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, mentorship, and continuous improvement. ● Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and drive the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed company revenue goals. ● Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. ● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. ● Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular sales performance reports for senior management. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience. ● Budgeting and Resource Management: Oversee the sales budget and resource allocation to maximize profitability and efficiency. ● Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency. ● Training & Development: Lead ongoing training and development initiatives for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). ● Proven experience (1+ years) in sales management, with a focus on CRM systems. ● Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent. ● Experience in managing CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations. ● Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams. ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Preferred Skills ● CRM certification (Not Mandatory) ● Experience in a B2B sales environment. ● Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and customer lifecycle strategies. ● Proficiency in sales automation tools and CRM analytics. ● English communication is a must Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
