Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications -MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience - 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management:
Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll.
Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC):
Ensure compliance with PF and ESIC regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
Technical Skills & Soft Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Maintain and manage HR databases and generate necessary reports.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
