HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding).
  
• Coordinate inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• Build and maintain strong employee relations, address grievances, and resolve conflicts.
  
• Organize team-building activities and employee welfare programs.
  

• Performance Management

• Support performance review cycles, track KPIs, and manage appraisals.
  
• Implement training and development programs.
  

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  

• Policy Development

• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and manuals.
  
• Monitor adherence to HR best practices.
  

• Reporting & Analytics

• Generate periodic HR reports (attrition, performance, recruitment stats).
  
• Provide insights to management for decision making.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech or corporate sectors.
  
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR practices.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
