Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Executive will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The HR Executive will collaborate with department heads to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and resolving interpersonal issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Support the administration of employee recognition programs.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and resolve issues with benefits providers.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting employee benefits.
  • Payroll Processing:
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance related to payroll.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Keep abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with management to update and communicate HR policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
