Job Summary As a Windows System Administrator (L2) , you will be a core member of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. This role is a key part of our Service Desk, and you will work closely with our IT team to provide direct support to end-users via calls, chat, and email . You'll proactively diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and end-user problems, ensuring exceptional service across multiple client environments. Key Responsibilities Service Desk & User Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical issues. You will provide advanced support to end-users, resolving hardware and software problems across multiple client environments. This also includes assisting in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and devices. System & Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and applications.
