Human Resource Business Partner

What you'll do:

• Act as a strategic advisor and thought leader to business stakeholders on HR-related matters and initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy and growth plans.
• Manage employee relations, act as single point of contact for conflict resolution, grievance management, employee circular and disciplinary matters.
• Evangelize, assess and lead as a program manager in designing and implementing training programs for employees in co-ordination with – creative & content team, business analyst, internal process experts/SMEs, business stakeholders, and external trainers.
• Design and development of annual and periodic R&R programs.
• Design, development and improvisation of performance management system for employees across levels.
• Work with managers and employees to improve workplace performance, solving day to day conflicts and increasing the satisfaction level.
• Analyze HR data and trends by conducting periodic one to one conversation and meeting with employees across levels to identify areas for improvement and proactive approach to launch new initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Masters Degree in related field
• Proactive mindset with a passion for people and process improvement
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Exposure to fast-paced, growth-focused work environments
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
