Job Title: Solution Architect – AI & Automation Location: Chandigarh / Mohali / Delhi / Noida Experience: Minimum 4 years of implementation experience Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Solution Architect with a strong background in AI, Automation, and Cloud Technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on implementation experience in designing scalable and efficient technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy innovative solutions using AI/ML, RPA, and modern cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end AI and automation-based solutions across multiple platforms Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable architecture Lead design and development efforts for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI/ML models, and cloud-native applications Guide development teams through solution design, implementation, and optimization Ensure adherence to best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of implementation experience in solution design and architecture Strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, RPA , and Python development Experience with UI/UX Design principles and working with design/development teams Deep knowledge of Cloud Platforms : AWS and/or Azure Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Familiarity with architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and containerized deployments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Certifications in AWS/Azure Architecture or AI/ML Technologies Experience in solutioning for large-scale enterprise clients What We Offer: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation projects Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation Career growth with structured learning paths and mentorship Show more Show less
