Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop HR analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Darwin Box, and Talent Analytics to drive business decisions.
Conduct data analysis on headcount, attrition rates, workforce planning, and talent management to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that leverage HR analytics insights.
Design and implement effective HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for various stakeholders.
Provide expert advice on people analytics best practices to clients across industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-6 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field (KPO/Research).
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience working with Power BI or similar visualization tools; knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.
