Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Analyst to support the HR department in day-to-day operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR processes, employment laws, and proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding: joining formalities, ID creation, induction coordination, and document verification.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee files and records.
  • Coordinate exit formalities: resignation acceptance, clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare HR letters: offer, confirmation, transfer, and experience letters.
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS.
  • Manage attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in policy creation and ensure alignment with company standards and statutory requirements.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Support audits and ensure documentation complies with labor laws.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and securely stored.

Employee Engagement & Reporting

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and track key HR metrics.

Job Competencies:

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software tools.

HR Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with labor law compliance and audit requirements.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Analytical & Organizational Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Initiative & Independence

  • Capable of managing HR operations independently.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing solutions
