Job Summary:

We're looking for talented Analysts to join our Employee Helpdesk team in Gurugram. As an Analyst, you will provide voice and email support to employees, resolving technical issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner. If you have great communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide voice and email support to employees, resolving technical issues and queries related to hardware, software, and IT systems
Handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy, ensuring high resolution rates and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
Document interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:

Relevant experience in employee helpdesk or technical support.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (voice and email)
Ability to handle conflicts and high-pressure situations with professionalism and diplomacy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday (WD) or similar HR systems.
