Role & responsibilities

HR Audit Analyst

What You'll Do:

  • Audit and monitor live recruitment interviews to ensure authenticity and compliance
  • Identify and flag potential malpractices such as candidate impersonation, lip-syncing, and other fraudulent activities
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to verify interview scheduling and execution
  • Maintain detailed audit logs and reports using Excel
  • Collaborate with recruiters to implement best practices and prevent hiring fraud
  • Analyze patterns and recommend process improvements for secure hiring

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Sharp attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting irregularities
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
