Role & responsibilities

HR Audit Analyst

What You'll Do:

Audit and monitor live recruitment interviews to ensure authenticity and compliance
Identify and flag potential malpractices such as candidate impersonation, lip-syncing, and other fraudulent activities
Work closely with the recruitment team to verify interview scheduling and execution
Maintain detailed audit logs and reports using Excel
Collaborate with recruiters to implement best practices and prevent hiring fraud
Analyze patterns and recommend process improvements for secure hiring

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Sharp attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting irregularities
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
