Job Description

HR Analyst

Key Responsibilities

HR Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, manage, and analyze HR data across recruitment, attrition, payroll, training, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and HR metrics to support management decision-making.
  • Identify workforce trends and provide actionable insights on employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Apply statistical techniques such as trend analysis, correlation, regression, time-series forecasting, and predictive modeling to HR datasets.

HR Operations & Process Support

  • Support HR operations including manpower planning, headcount reporting, and employee lifecycle data management.
  • Partner with leadership teams to align analytics with organizational goals.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR data systems (HRMS, ATS, Payroll tools).

Strategic Projects

  • Contribute to HR transformation initiatives including automation, digitization, and process improvement.
  • Benchmark industry practices and provide recommendations for HR strategy.
  • Assist in preparing HR presentations and reports for senior management reviews.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, forecasting), Power BI/Tableau for visualization, and SQL for data handling.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods regression, hypothesis testing, time-series forecasting, cluster analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR Analytics/HR Operations (preferably in large-scale organizations, FMCG, Retail, or Healthcare).
  • Exposure to HR technology tools and data visualization platforms will be an added advantage.
