Job Description: Assistant Manager HR Analytics Location: Gurgaon Designation: Assistant Manager HR Analytics** Department: Human Resources About the Role Prozo is looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager HR Analytics to drive data intelligence across the HR function. This role will manage workforce analytics across multiple sites, ensuring robust attendance tracking, churn analysis, compliance oversight, roster planning, and strategic workforce modelingespecially during peak seasons. The role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities 1. Workforce, Attendance & Roster Analytics Track daily attendance across multiple sites and compare it against projected manpower requirements. Own roster planning for all sites, including forensic or high-sensitivity operational areas. Lead peak-season manpower planning, ensuring the right workforce capacity to meet operational surges. Monitor absenteeism, late coming, and attendance patterns to highlight risk areas proactively. 2. Churn, Exit & Retention Management


Track all churn, resignation, and exit cases with detailed analysis of trends and causes. Conduct site visits and discussions with employees to understand attrition drivers. Recommend and support implementation of retention initiatives aligned with business needs. 3. Compliance Tracking & Governance Monitor all site-level statutory and operational compliances for both on-roll and off-roll workforce. Flag non-compliance or defaulters and share daily/weekly dashboards with HR leadership. Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups for all compliance-related activities. 4. HR Data Management & Central Repository Maintain a centralized employee master data repository capturing lifecycle events for on-roll and off-roll employees. Review and streamline existing HR trackers to make them audit-ready and leadership-ready. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all HR data elements. 5. Onboarding, Payroll & Compensation Analytics Track onboarding activities from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness, highlighting delays or gaps. Partner with payroll to resolve data issues and ensure accurate compensation processing. Conduct market-based salary benchmarking across roles, locations, and job levels. 6. Dashboarding & Leadership Insights


Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for HR leadership, covering manpower, attendance, compliance, churn, and forecasting insights. Provide data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization and process improvement. 7. Solution Management & Client Support Support the Solutions team by benchmarking industry trade rates and manpower norms. Prepare analytical inputs and cost models to enhance client proposals or new business pitches. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Site Engagement Travel to operational locations to collaborate with HRBPs, site managers, and workforce teams. Identify on-ground challenges and provide data-backed solutions to drive operational efficiency. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. 36 years of experience in HR analytics, manpower planning, or HR operations. Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau). Experience in roster management, compliance tracking, or multi-site workforce coordination. Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into insights.


Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good-to-Have Experience in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or workforce-heavy industries.
