What You'll Do

• Design high-impact creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, WhatsApp, emailers, and web
• Edit short-form and long-form videos (reels, shorts, product explainers, motion graphics)
• Implement campaigns quickly using Canva, Figma, or similar tools when speed is key
• Execute advanced edits using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Repurpose content formats intelligently for performance marketing Apply AI tools like Midjourney, D-ID, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Veo 2, Veo 3, etc, for content acceleration
• Stay updated with visual trends, memes, motion design, and best practices in digital content
• Maintain visual consistency across the brands assets
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on fast TATs without compromising quality

What Were Looking For

• 02 years of design + video editing experience
• Strong portfolio across static & video formats
• Solid grip on Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows (Midjourney, D-ID, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Veo 2, Veo 3, etc.)
• Passion for internet culture, social media design, and new-age content formats
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with a startup mindset

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with B2B or performance marketing creatives
• Worked with product or tech-led brands Motion graphics or animation skills
