MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field. 36 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a logistics or warehousing setup. Proficiency in HRMS platforms, payroll software, and Excel. Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of basic MS Excel
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak loads
