4. Plan effectively the project repository and reduce person dependency
5. Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards, and procedures
6. Plan skill gap analysis for the team and bridge the same
7. Plan clear strategies and transfer best practices by working cross-functionally
8. Plan clear KRA objectives for the team

Technical Skills – Project Monitoring and Control

1. Monitor and Moderate business / project metrics
2. Monitor Risk & Dependency Management
3. Anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management and make tradeoffs; encourage risk-taking behavior
4. Managing the program's budget, monitoring expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits
5. Ensures the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are managed
6. Be responsible for leading and controlling multiple scrums
7. Understanding of Architecture and the ability to demonstrate its value at all levels of the organization (software , tools , design)
8. Ensuring better visibility of requirements in consultation with Client team
9. Manage the KRA defined in SOW
10. Proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals
