HubSpot Specialist

Responsibilities

• HubSpot Management: Administer and maintain HubSpot for day-to-day operations.
• Automation & Workflows: Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing and sales processes.
• Lead Generation: Design and execute strategies to capture and nurture high-quality leads.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create reports and dashboards to track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• CRM Optimization: Customize HubSpot to ensure accurate data tracking and effective segmentation.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align HubSpot processes with business goals.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and best practices for team members using HubSpot.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist (or similar role).
• Expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, and user management within HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and CRM optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with third-party tool integrations (e.g., Zapier, N8N).
• Excellent English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Highly proactive and able to manage tasks independently.
• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, or CRM) highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickUp for task and workload management.
• Knowledge of React (HubSpot’s coding language) – a strong advantage.
• Flexibility to adjust hours to ensure overlap with Australian business hours.
