  Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, particularly model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals), and Customer Insights. You will work closely with a Power Platform Solution Architect to deliver a tailored CRM system and external-facing portal that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and data insight.

This is a hands-on technical role with an opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (model-driven) to meet evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain Power Pages (Portals) for secure, external user interaction.
• Integrate and implement Customer Insights for customer segmentation, personalization, and data analytics.
• Design and build Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
• Integrate the CRM with other business systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Configure Dataverse entities, relationships, forms, views, and business rules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design sessions, and code reviews.
• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve CRM-related issues efficiently.
• Document configurations, customizations, and processes clearly.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  and

  Power Platform

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Power Apps (model-driven apps)

  ,

  Power Pages

  , and

  Dataverse

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Customer Insights

  (segments, measures, journeys).
• Proficiency in

  Power Automate

  ,

  JavaScript

  .
• Experience customizing forms, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.
• Comfortable working with

  HTML/CSS

  and

  Liquid

  for portal development.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem integrations (e.g., Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.

• Experience with

  Azure Functions
