Job Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: [Onsite] Type: [Full-time] Experience Level: 6 months - 24 months preferred in IT consulting or SaaS Sales About Us Were a fast-growing IT consulting firm specializing in CRM implementations and digital transformation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. We help businesses streamline operations, enhance customer engagement, and scale efficiently through tailored CRM solutions. About the Role As an SDR Appointment Setter, your role is to generate and qualify leads for our consulting services around Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. You'll be the first point of contact, responsible for initiating conversations with decision-makers and booking meetings for our sales and consulting teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, CRM Owners). Identify pain points and position our Dynamics 365 / Salesforce consulting services as solutions. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Stay up to date with industry trends and product capabilities to have meaningful conversations. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6-24 months of experience in appointment setting, B2B lead generation, or inside sales—ideally in the IT consulting, CRM, or Enterprise SaaS space. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce platforms (doesn’t have to be technical). Ability to understand client needs and tailor outreach accordingly. Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Prior experience working in an IT consulting firm or with a CRM implementation partner. Understanding of digital transformation or business process automation use cases.
