Role Overview: You will be the go-to person for HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, and the integration between the two platforms, ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include managing lead generation, enrichment, automation, reporting, and equipping the sales team with the necessary tools and data. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Management & Enrichment: - Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo. - Maintain accurate and updated lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM. - Develop workflows for efficient lead handoff to sales reps. - HubSpot CRM Administration: - Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation. - Ensure smooth functioning of sales automation tools to support the team. - Generate dashboards, reports, and insights for monitoring performance and KPIs. - Integration & Optimization: - Supervise the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot. - Ensure seamless data syncing between both platforms. - Quickly troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Sales Enablement: - Provide high-quality, ready-to-engage leads to the sales team. - Conduct training sessions for sales reps on effective tool usage. - Continuously enhance processes to boost efficiency and ROI. Qualifications: - Proven experience in managing HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, automation). - Strong familiarity with ZoomInfo (prospecting, enrichment, and integrations). - Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management. - Proficient in data management, analytics, and reporting. - Excellent communication skills enabling close collaboration with sales teams.,
