Role Overview

Sales Support Associate (BPO Background)

Youll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Hunting & Enrichment Research and build qualified prospect lists.
• Campaign Finalization Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine outreach campaigns.
• Cold Calling & Outreach Initiate calls and emails to engage prospects.
• Meeting Scheduling Secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Event Support Assist in driving footfall and engagement during events.
• Reporting Maintain outreach records and update CRM tools (any prior lead generation tool experience is a plus).

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 13 years of

  BPO, call center, or customer service (voice process)

  experience.
• Comfortable making

  high-volume outbound calls

• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work 5:00 PM IST 2:00 AM IST (US business hours).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset.

Preferred:

• Exposure to the IT industry or B2B tech domain
• Prior experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM systems)
