Job Responsibilities: Conducts onboarding program. Collaborates with third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs. Conducts and monitor training and development assessment. Prepares and implements training calendar and budget. Processes Training Budget Approval Forms from departments requesting external training. And conducts initial budget preparation for training programs for the succeeding calendar year. Designs and develops training programs that aim to resolve core, leadership, and technical competency gaps. Translates requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. Develops training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, e-learning, videos, job aids, handouts, pre and post course work. Revision of existing training programs based on changes to requirements. Responsible for the implementation of learning and development program of the company. Ensures that learning interventions are designed according to the specific requirements of the individual learners within his/her assigned LOB (whether by level, program type, function, or a combination), thereby facilitating the development of the employees and their ability to contribute to the company. Plans and develops Competency-Building and Learning Modules in coordination with different department for the continuous development of all personnel. Ensures providing and establishment of appropriate and sufficient learning and development programs based on the employee's skills and competency requirement. Assists the HR Manager in the end-to-end learning and training process, from needs assessment, program or course development and delivery, and evaluation. Create new Learning, Quality, and Content audit forms. Schedule and facilitate QA talks, generate QA Reports, and lead alignment sessions. Handle quality audits and QA disputes. Perform other related task as assigned by the manager.
At least 3 years of experience as a Learning and Development Officer.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, with IT background is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Has background in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Microsoft Competencies Exams & Certifications.
Can conduct communications training and customer service training.
Open for night shift and/or shifting schedule.
