Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.
  • Introduce Finsmarts offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls/appointments with decision-makers.
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.
  • Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where required.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily/weekly reports of progress.
  • Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn ads.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation preferably in international markets (USA/B2B domain).
  • Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent and confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shift aligned to US time zones.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Google Sheets, and email tools.
  • Prior experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2B services is a plus.
