Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize

    HubSpot CRM

    for clients.
  • Design and optimize sales pipelines, lead scoring models, and automation workflows.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications (ERP, websites, marketing tools, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for clients on HubSpot usage.
  • Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of

    hands-on HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub/Sales Hub

    experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of APIs, third-party integrations, and automation tools.
  • HubSpot Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
