• Job Summary:

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Implementation Expert to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The role involves end-to-end implementation of HubSpot solutions for global clients. Youll work on setting up, customizing, and automating CRM functions across marketing, sales, and service teams. Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and flexible with shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete HubSpot CRM onboarding, setup, and deployment.
• Customize pipelines, workflows, properties, user roles, dashboards, and automations.
• Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.
• Design and build lead nurturing flows, email campaigns, and automation logic.
• Migrate and cleanse customer data ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business goals.
• Train end-users and deliver SOPs, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Stay updated with HubSpot releases and recommend best practices.
• Monitor user adoption and continuously optimize CRM performance.
• Required Skills & Competencies: HubSpot Expertise:
• HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub
• Custom workflows, sequences, email automation, segmentation
• Dashboard & report building
• Data sync and import/export
• HubSpot integrations (Zapier, APIs)
• Technical Know-how:
• HTML/CSS basics for templates
• Understanding of APIs/Webhooks (preferred)
• CRM data management, segmentation, deduplication
• Professional Traits:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking
• Client-handling experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in CRM implementation or HubSpot admin role.

• Agency or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
