Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on ITSM and ITOM.
Implement and manage CMDB at scale, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
Apply AI/ML technologies and Agentic AI capabilities to enhance ServiceNow workflows and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert technical guidance.
Design and extend functionalities across multiple ServiceNow modules, aligning solutions with business requirements.
Make high-level architectural and development decisions to support scalable implementations.
Ensure adherence to security, access control, and compliance best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve platform performance.
Mentor and upskill junior developers, supporting them through complex challenges.

Experience Required:

5 - 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining CMDB and ITOM processes for large enterprises.
Experience working with AI/ML integrations within ServiceNow to enhance automation.
Practical experience building, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to design scalable ServiceNow architectures and deliver end-to-end module configurations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex multi-module ServiceNow environments.
Experience ensuring platform security, governance, and compliance standards.
