Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Google Pmax, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Twitter (X), and other emerging channels . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads in competitive industries and will play a pivotal role in expanding our outreach to individuals in need of support. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute data-driven paid marketing strategies tailored to our target audience. Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other platforms. Lead Generation: Focus on acquiring high-quality leads that convert into clients for NuView Treatment Center. Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Use insights to continually refine and improve campaign effectiveness. Creative Collaboration: Work with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Ensure all advertising aligns with NuView’s brand, mission, and compliance standards. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Implement retargeting campaigns to maximize engagement and lead nurturing. Qualifications Experience: 3-5+ years in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, substance use treatment, or other highly competitive industries. Skills: Expertise in managing ads across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Quora. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel. Experience with Hubspot CRM and marketing automation tools.
