HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage

  HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub

  across the organization

• Set up, customize, and optimize workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting

• Manage and track leads coming from multiple sources including:

1. SalesMSG

   (text communication)

2. CallTrackingMetrics

   (call tracking and attribution)

3. HubSpot forms

   (website submissions)

4. Offline Source

• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate lead assignment, follow-ups, and tracking

• Integrate and manage connections between HubSpot and analytics/ads platforms:

1. Google Analytics

2. Microsoft Clarity

3. Google Ads

4. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Maintain data cleanliness and ensure accurate reporting for business decisions

• Continuously explore ways to improve automation, lead nurturing, and overall system efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing

  HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub)

• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, lead management, and reporting
• Experience integrating third-party tools with HubSpot (SalesMSG, CallTrackingMetrics, or similar tools preferred)
• Familiarity with ad and analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Clarity, Google Ads, Meta Ads
• Strong technical aptitude with an ability to troubleshoot integrations and workflows
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams

Plus points:

• Prior experience with call tracking or SMS communication tools
• HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub)
