Your key responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the development of the CoE function strategy and roadmapin collaboration with CoE leaders. Support the CoE in designing a sustainable and scalable process framework acrossall GDS locations. Facilitate change and support the implementation and successful adoption ofspecial projects and initiatives, e.g., global project cascades, GDS feasibilityassessments, and evaluations of current and future ecosystems arising fromturnkey projects. Ensure that functional operating capabilities (e.g., processes, technology, data, andorganisation/people) are appropriate to achieve the CoE strategy and performancetargets. Where possible, optimise the CoE service delivery model in alignment withthe overall Talent operating model strategy and standards. Collaborate with process owners in the CoE to co-define and co-deliver solutionsaligned with business expectations and Talent strategy. Work with Talent process, technology, and data specialists to review, reject, orprioritise change requests originating from the CoE. Ensure timely governance and leadership decisions within the CoE andcommunicate these effectively to team members and stakeholders. Provide effective CoE performance reporting to enable stakeholders with insightful,accurate, and timely reports on function performance (e.g., service deliveryvolumes, costs, emerging trends). Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the CoE team (e.g.,process streamlining, optimising, and standardising delivery across GDS). Define a function vendor strategy as required and manage vendor relationships tooptimise service delivery standards and costs. Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage risks (e.g., statutorycompliance, audit findings).
Skills and attributes for success
Experience in service operations. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to developclear, actionable plans supporting overall Talent strategy. Ability to engage and influence others, with strong change management skills and adesire to act as a change agent. Strong delivery focus and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders acrossall organisational levels. Ability to build strong relationships with Talent CoE teams to ensure centrallydeveloped products and initiatives meet business/Talent requirements. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to build consensus across diverse, oftenglobal, groups. Experience in rolling out large-scale initiatives requiring extensive changemanagement, leadership buy-in, implementation, and execution. Proven ability to align leadership across conflicting priorities and viewpoints, withadvanced influencing skills. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, programme management, andproblem-solving skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Graduate or a post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resourcediscipline is desirable. 4-6 years of proven HR generalist experience (e.g., Recruitment, core HR etc.) Relevant working experience in delivering / managing talent initiatives
Ideally, youll also have
Experience working in a consulting organization or in a similar professional servicesenvironment Experience of working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial
