Job Description

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure smooth communication and service excellence Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and global suppliers Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and coordinate business reviews, technical sessions, and customer meetings

Sales & Business Support

Support sales planning by assisting in defining targets and tracking customer-wise performance Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and customer transaction records Monitor performance against targets and support initiatives to improve market penetration

 

Accounts Receivable & Collections

Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate with Sales and Account Receivable teams to ensure timely collections Share regular updates on receivables and collection status Engage with critical customers for long-pending dues when required Apply basic taxation knowledge to resolve tax-related payment issues in coordination with the tax team

 

Supply Chain & Purchase Coordination

Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to manage purchase requirements Identify and resolve stock shortages and SCM-related challenges through cross-functional collaboration Align supplier and principal requirements with business priorities

 

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Analyze sales data, import data, market trends, and competitor activity Conduct market mapping and provide insights to support strategic decision-making Identify gaps in the product portfolio and support onboarding of new customers or solutions
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field required
  • 3-4 years of experience ( Chemical Industry background)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work we'll in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team development and leadership skills
  • Experience in sales support, customer operations, or commercial roles
