Shift work is required Working days: 6 days per week Position Overview: The Quality Assurance Supervisor has the responsibility of supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the quality and food safety systems used by the company at their Manufacturing Plant. The quality and food safety systems including: FSSC 22000, ISO9001, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, Eco Vadis and GMP. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company Food Safety & Quality Policies, procedures, and objectives. Stay updated on food safety legislation and regulatory requirements. Maintain knowledge of customer and certification standards (e.g. FSSC 22000). Ensure Food Safety Management System aligns with FSSC 22000 requirements. Conduct internal audits on QMS and FSMS; identify non-conformities and drive improvements. Develop and maintain product documentation in line with NAPA process. Review and approve raw material CoAs against product specifications. Manage sample testing for raw materials and finished products. Review and approve finished product test results. Support the QA Manager in implementing and monitoring QMS and quality processes. Assist with documentation updates (policies, MSDS, procedures, specifications, etc.). Train staff on quality and food safety standards, including corrective action procedures. Establish and maintain internal audit and escalation processes. Participate in external audits (FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal, customer audits). Coordinate and resolve customer complaints with Business Manager. Conduct training on QA practices, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP. Ensure HACCP Plan verification activities are completed. Oversee equipment calibration schedules and records. Manage product and environmental testing programs. Coordinate external lab testing as needed. Position Requirements & Key Abilities: MSc./ B.Tech in Food, Bio Sciences or Chemistry with a minimum of 4~6 years Quality Assurance experience in Food or Nutraceuticals. Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control . FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor. Previous experience in quality assurance &/or quality control in Manufacturing unit. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Hands-on, team player, problem-solving mindset.
