QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist is responsible for providing support in Product and trade regulations, license applications, Quality agreement checks, legal agreements, support documentation to prepare for Audits, warehousing/Lab checks etc., The Quality and Certification Specialist will support the Quality and Certification Annual Audits & maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role is essential in ensuring the consistent quality of Product & Processes and adherence to regulatory standards through audits, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Key Responsibilities: QMS Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO, FSSAI, and other applicable standards. Certification Process: Lead and manage the certification process for ISO, FSSAI, and other relevant certifications, ensuring timely compliance . Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement. Vendor Audits: Oversee vendor audits and supplier qualification programs to ensure compliance with company quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement Training & Leadership: Provide training and guidance to the quality team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed of industry’s best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging quality standards to ensure compliance. Competencies Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering 6-8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the chemical industry. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001; FSSAI certification preferred. Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving abilities, and experience in ISO and FSSAI standards implementation & Ecovadis Certification (Gold) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
