Finance Executive (Accounts Payable)

Location:

1 year contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding and application of statutory compliance including Customs Duty, GST, TDS, TCS, E-invoicing, and MSME regulations.
• Processing employee reimbursements and standard vendor payments.
• Managing accounts payable transactions for both foreign and local vendors.
• Performing voucher matching and variance accounting.
• Preparing and processing debit and credit notes.
• Regular review and analysis of accounts payable ageing reports.
• Monitoring supplier advances and ensuring timely follow-up for reconciliation and closure.

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a professional accounting qualification.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards or Oracle ERP systems preferred.
