Finance Executive (Accounts Payable)

As a Finance & Accounting Coordinator at Marriott Suites Pune, your main responsibility will be to coordinate tasks and collaborate with various departments. You will be expected to be a role model within the department, assign tasks to team members, ensure timely completion of work, and maintain high-quality standards. In case of work-related accidents or injuries, you are required to report them immediately to your manager or supervisor. It will be your duty to adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, uphold confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be required to interact with others using clear and professional language, prepare accurate written documents, and answer phone calls with proper etiquette. Building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and addressing any concerns raised by fellow employees are also important aspects of this position. Additionally, you may be required to perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Any other reasonable job duties requested by your Supervisors should also be carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, along with at least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience is required, and no specific license or certification is necessary.
