What You Will Be Doing Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with the business objectives, offering strategic guidance and support. Talent Management: Take charge of talent acquisition activities, supervise recruitment processes, and oversee succession planning along with career development initiatives. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns effectively, and implement engagement strategies. Performance Management: Supervise the performance management procedure, encompassing goal setting, reviews, and providing coaching to managers on employee development. Organizational Development: Lead organizational changes and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. HR Operations: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage HR policies, and leverage HR metrics for informed, data-driven decision-making. You'll Thrive In This Role If You Possess 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Demonstrate sound knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Have experience in navigating through a 10-100 growth phase within complex organizations, specifically for Engineering and Sales teams. Excel in talent management, employee engagement, total rewards, and organizational development. Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills. Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and are proficient in handling HR software and tools.
