Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering (70%)

Serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders on workforce planning, org design, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, career development, and talent retention.
Support and drive change management initiatives aligned with business goals.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, etc.) and propose data-driven solutions.
Collaborate on compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility planning.
Facilitate employee engagement programs and pulse surveys.
Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with employment laws and company values.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (30%)

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with external recruiters or agencies when needed.
Drive inclusive hiring practices and contribute to employer branding strategies.
Monitor and report on recruiting KPIs, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
Contribute to onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
