Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Trainee for our Mandideep location. This full-time position is ideal for a fresher with up to 1 year of experience. The HR Trainee will gain exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement, contributing to the overall HR operations of our dynamic company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to ensure foundational knowledge of HR practices.
  • Proficiency in recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews, is essential.
  • Experience or knowledge in payroll processing to assist in accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management, ensuring clear and open dialogue.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate HR metrics and data, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies to help foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain the professional standards of the HR department.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance in all HR matters.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant database, and corresponding with candidates.
  • Support payroll activities by preparing and processing accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Engage with employees actively to understand their needs and drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to organize training programs and workshops aimed at staff development and skill enhancement.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
  • Participate in developing HR strategies that promote the companys core values and organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive work environment by participating in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements by assisting in documentation and audits related to HR functions.
