As we grow, we’re looking for a HR Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist who can single-handedly own the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance tracking and culture building. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Andheri West (Lower Oshiwara), Mumbai , running Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM . Salary: ₹6–12 LPA, based on experience and skills. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Own the entire hiring process across departments: define job requirements, write job descriptions, post openings, screen candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, and finalize offers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct thorough reference checks, negotiate salaries, and manage seamless onboarding experiences. Track and optimize recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and retention. Onboarding, Employee Records & Exit Management Handle all pre-joining formalities: documentation, system and email setup, orientation planning, and culture onboarding. Maintain an organized and secure HR database containing employee records, contracts, and probation milestones. Manage the exit process: conduct exit interviews, coordinate knowledge transfer, and ensure full and final settlements are handled promptly. Culture, Compliance & Grievance Redressal Monitor and reinforce Think School’s cultural values through regular audits and feedback loops. Ensure compliance with leadership expectations and HR policy standards across departments. Address employee concerns constructively and maintain a healthy, high-performance work environment. Leave & Attendance Management Use HR tech tools like Zoho People, Keka, or BambooHR to track and approve leaves based on KPIs and team availability. Coordinate leave schedules to minimize workflow disruptions and maintain business continuity. Performance & KPI Tracking Conduct monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews in collaboration with department heads. Track whether employees meet individual and team KPIs (e.g., sales, content output, training effectiveness). Proactively identify underperformance and help teams implement improvement strategies. Coordination, Automation & Reporting Lead weekly HR syncs with leadership and submit monthly updates on hiring, team performance, and HR operations. Automate repetitive workflows in hiring, onboarding, and attendance to improve efficiency. Build dashboards for real-time tracking of key HR and business performance metrics. Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or end-to-end HR operations role. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Highly organized and process-driven with strong execution ability. Proficiency in using HR software like Keka, Zoho People, or BambooHR. Strong data analysis skills with a focus on improving systems and tracking KPIs. A strong sense of ownership and a mindset for building—not just maintaining—HR processes.
