Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team at our Kochi headquarters. In this role, you will support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, and talent development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team and play a vital role in enhancing employee experience, engagement, and overall HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, including induction programs, orientation sessions, and training schedules for new hires.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes in accordance with company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and professional development programs.
  • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, handling candidate communication, and assisting with hiring processes.
  • Organize, track, and monitor training sessions to ensure timely completion of learning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee skills, training records, and development databases to support HR planning and analysis.
  • Ensure all training and development programs align with organizational policies and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, trainers, and management to facilitate smooth communication and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and training coordination
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
