HR Specialist

You will be responsible for supporting in planning and implementing key HR initiatives to help the organization become an Employer of Choice. You will collaborate with the Head HR in executing the HR business plan/strategy, embedding change into day-to-day working practice, and fostering an organizational culture focused on performance. Additionally, you will continuously review and improve HR policies to strengthen the organizational culture. Your role will involve developing solutions for successful retention strategies and addressing capability gaps through internal/external levers such as development, resourcing, training, and innovative stretch experiential opportunities. It will also be crucial for you to maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
