As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and implementation of key HR initiatives to help our organization become an Employer of Choice. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will be responsible for executing the HR business plan/strategy and embedding change into our day-to-day working practices and organizational culture to foster a performance-oriented environment. Your continuous support in reviewing and improving HR policies will be instrumental in reinforcing our organizational culture. You will be tasked with developing solutions that facilitate successful retention strategies and address capability gaps by leveraging both internal and external resources, including development, resourcing, training, and innovative experiential opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients will be essential to ensure that our staffing goals are achieved effectively. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of professional experience and possess strong time management, multitasking, dual focus, negotiation, and change management skills. Your ability to effectively manage your time, juggle multiple tasks, maintain a dual focus on strategic and operational aspects, navigate negotiations, and drive change will be key to your success in this position. Please note that the interview location for this position is Ranchi, and the joining location will also be Ranchi.
