Job Summary:

Staffing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand workforce requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company websites, and social media.
Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) and assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Maintain relationships with job candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Prepare and present job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Generate regular staffing reports and metrics to assess hiring performance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
03 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR-related roles.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment
